Your responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain budgets for all winery operations, including vineyard, production, personnel, logistics, and sales

• Manage and verify supplier invoices, expenses, and payroll data in coordination with accounting

• Prepare financial and operational reports for management and support strategic planning

• Support compliance and documentation for certifications and sustainability standards (Demeter, organic, etc.)

• Assist in cost control, forecasting, and resource planning for ongoing and new projects across the estate

Your profile

• Strong analytical and organizational skills with a structured, hands-on mindset

• Experience with budgeting, cost tracking, and reporting tools

• Good communication skills in Italian and German
